Responsibilities

Perry’s Natural Gas System currently consists of the following assets that transport natural gas to our 3,469 customers:

  • One (1) Main Gate High Pressure Regulator station
  • Fifteen (15) Regulator stations
  • Four (4) Rectifiers
  • Approximately 80.29 miles of gas main
  • In operation since 1953

Natural Gas System Maintenance

  • Gas Department  personnel are responsible for preventative and corrective maintenance of all related equipment, regulator stations and meters
  • Training and safety classes are conducted to make sure all employees are knowledgeable of equipment and required maintenance procedures
