Pay Your Utility Bill Online

The City of Perry is pleased to offer at no cost to its customers the option to pay online. Paymentus Corporation is a third party automated payment service that accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

You can pay your bill anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

Please note, if your account is subject to disconnect or has been disconnected for non-payment, you will need to contact the City of Perry customer service office at 478.988.2744 with your confirmation number.  Additional reconnect charges may apply.

Online Payments MAY take up to 48 hours to process. If paying on your due date, be aware that the 48 hour processing period MAY result in late charges on your account.

1.      What information will I need to pay my water bill?

• Your City of Perry account number and PIN. If you're unsure of where your account number and PIN is located on your bill, click here for help.
• Your credit card number including the security code on the back of the card
• Valid email address for confirmation receipt

 2.      Is there a convenience fee?

• Paymentus charges a fee for their service; however, the City of Perry has chosen to absorb the convenience fee charged for each transaction.
