The mission of the City of Perry Utilities is to provide impeccable service to our community through professionalism, integrity, accountability, quality, transparency, dedication, collaboration and innovation. The department strives to be a resident-centered organization, providing accurate and timely utility services that are consistent for all residents.


Our Goal

Our goal is to provide utility service for our owners at the lowest
reasonable cost; to collect and dispose of stormwater, to maintain
and operate facilities that will assure safe, dependable natural gas,
potable water and wastewater treatment, giving due consideration
to conservation and environmental impacts; and to plan for the
future to assure adequate resources with progressive but sound
economic reasoning.

Customer Service is committed to providing courteous and efficient service to all utility customers. Our goal is to provide knowledgeable interactions with our customer when it comes to quality and timeliness of our services.
