Licenses

Business Licenses

Perry has more than 730 businesses. Our local government strives to assist businesses by providing quality services and a customer friendly environment. Business licenses can be obtained quickly (in less than 10 minutes in most cases) if the business location is properly zoned. Aside from issuing business licenses, the City of Perry does not regulate businesses nor intervene in consumer disputes. Consumer complaints are handled by the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs, 1-800-869-1123, or the Better Business Bureau, 1-478-742-7999. For Perry business license information contact the Tax & License Department, (478) 988-2740. Businesses should visit the Purchasing section of the Perry web site for resources such as bid and RFP listings, and links to other resourceful sites.
