Room Rentals

Do you need a room to host that special reunion or birthday party? The Perry Community Center has community rooms of varying sizes available for rental, depending on availability. These rooms can be used for meetings, birthday parties, baby/wedding showers, weddings, dances, rehearsals, lectures, slideshows, family get-togethers, neighborhood meetings or church socials.

Rental time must include set-up and clean-up time. Renters are responsible for putting away trash and cleaning spills. Person/organizations renting the building are responsible for damages to the room or its equipment during the rental period. Rental is not confirmed until all fees are paid. Room rental fees include tables and chairs. A damage deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.

Community Room and Kitchen:
Capacity: 350 people

Multi-Purpose Room:
Capacity: 100 people

Gymnasium:
Capacity: 400 people
