Records and Reports

Records Checks

Records checks are often required when you apply for citizenship/immigration, certain jobs, housing, etc. This service is provided at the Perry Police Department from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). There is a $5.00 processing fee assessed for records checks. Appropriate release forms and proof of identity are required.

Incident and Accident Reports

Copies of police Incident or Accident Reports are also available Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) from 8am to 5pm and may be obtained from the Records Clerk. The reports are free to victims. A $2.00 processing fee is charged to attorneys and insurance companies.

Special Note:

Due to a change in the rules and regulations at the Immigration and Naturalization Service, local law enforcement agencies may no longer process INS print cards. Please contact the INS for appropriate instructions.
