A nearly 15-month effort on behalf of the Perry Branding Committee, a group of 10 community leaders representing various organizations in Perry, has culminated in a very exciting, sustainable, versatile and, most importantly, true community brand that represents who we are as a community and our promise to those who live in Perry, conduct business Perry, and visit Perry. Perry, Georgia truly is “Where Georgia Comes Together.” Tremendous efforts have been made exploring, researching, designing, developing, etc. a brand that not only expresses who we are as a community but distinguishes Perry from other places. We as a community must own our role of being the place where Georgia, and the people passing through or visiting Georgia, comes together. Downtown Development Plan – Public Input Sessions!

The Perry Downtown Development Authority (DDA) will hold two (2) public input sessions on May 11, 2016 between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Perry City Hall, 1211 Washington Street for the purpose of receiving public input on the proposed Perry Downtown Development Plan and the Urban Redevelopment Plan amendment.
