The Warner Robins Area Transportation Study (WRATS) acts as a Metropolitan Planning Organization for all of Houston County and a northeastern portion of Peach County.  WRATS helps with the planning and coordination of transportation improvements for the Warner Robins Urbanized Area.  WRATS is currently developing a 5-year update to the region’s Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP), which is a long-range plan that guides the construction of transportation projects over the next 25 years.
