Land Management Ordinance History

The Land Management Ordinance, adopted by City Council, regulates the land use, the location and use of buildings, and other site improvements. In addition, it regulates the construction of public facilities and private improvements related to the development of land in the City of Perry. It contains the city’s regulations governing zoning, subdivision of land, parking, signs, landscaping, and environmental regulations. A reformatted and revised Land Management Ordinance was adopted by City Council on December 19, 2017 and became effective January 1, 2018.
