Code Enforcement

The City of Perry's Code Enforcement Division strives to ensure that Perry remains a safe and desirable place to live and do business for all of our residents and visitors.  It is our job to help maintain the quality of our community.

Responsibilities

Enforcement of the Perry City Code which includes all local ordinances enacted by the City of Perry.  The municipal (city) code of Perry is hosted online at www.municode.com .

Common issues handled through the Code Enforcement Division include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Abandoned/Junk Vehicles
• Illegal Signage
• Overgrown grass
• Trash/Debris
• Soil & Erosion control
• Zoning Violations
