Crime Prevention Unit
The
Perry Police Department strives to assist City residents in areas such as Personal Safety for children and adults, Neighborhood and Apartment Watch programs, Victim/Witness Assistance, Child Safety Seat installations, and a myriad of other prevention education programs.
The unit currently consists of one Crime Prevention Specialist, one D.A.R.E. Officer, and two School Resource Officers. Information regarding prevention programs may be addressed to the Police Services Division by calling (478) 988-2800, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
