Tabitha Clark, APR is the Communications Director for the City of Perry. She is accredited in public relations by the University Accreditation Board where she was trained and evaluated in the strategic planning process and best practices in the public relations field. Tabitha is approaching her 5th year with the City of Perry in the Communications Office. Under her guidance, Perry’s communication provides direct, high-level communication and community engagement functions through various platforms such as social media, the Perry Points texting service, Perry University, and more. She was recently promoted to oversee the continued success of City of Perry events. Tabitha is also a former President for the National Association of Government Communicators. She is passionate about supporting government communicators and promoting them as an essential professional resource at all levels of government.
