Building Inspections

The Inspection Division ensures permitted projects are constructed in a safe manner adhering to the minimum building codes adopted by the City of Perry and the State of Georgia.

Field Inspection Procedures
Water and Sewer Service

A Certificate of Occupancy is issued after all inspections are successfully completed. A building may not be occupied without a Certificate of Occupancy.
