Councilmember Dr. Amy Fouse was elected to the Perry City Council in 2025 to represent District 1. Born and raised in Perry, she is a proud graduate of Perry High School and continues to make District 1 her home as she raises her family.

Dr. Fouse is a lifelong public educator with almost three decades of experience as a teacher and curriculum leader. She actively serves in leadership roles with statewide education organizations and is a passionate advocate for youth and the education profession.
