Perry Police Arrest Suspect, Recover Stolen Property, Firearms, and Narcotics

On April 9, 2026, the Perry Police Department Investigations Division, in coordination with the Houston County Sheriff’s Office Warrant Division, executed multiple arrest warrants on Jaeden Charles (19, B/M) at Perry Mobile Home Park, 1998 Sam Nunn Blvd, Perry, GA.

During the arrest, officers observed suspected stolen property in plain view and subsequently obtained and executed a search warrant at the residence. As a result of the search, officers recovered property linked to multiple thefts, firearms, and illegal narcotics.

Additionally, during the execution of the search warrant, a juvenile male was identified as a missing/wanted person out of Hall County, Georgia.

This case is still under investigation.
