Emergency Crews Respond to Construction Accident in Perry
On April 29, 2026, at approximately 1210 hours, emergency responders were dispatched to 254 Perry Parkway, Perry, Georgia, at the Retail Center construction site in reference to a construction accident.
Upon arrival, it was determined that four individuals were injured after a structure wall collapsed at the site.
The Perry Fire Department, Perry Police Department, and Emory EMS units responded to the scene and rendered aid to the injured parties.
Three of the injured individuals were transported to Atrium Health Navient in Macon, Georgia, for further medical treatment.
The cause of the accident is undetermined and remains under investigation currently.
