Council Member Bynum-Grace Sets Leadership Example with Statewide Honor
The City of Perry is proud to announce that Council Member Phyllis Bynum-Grace has been inducted into the Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute Inaugural Class of the 400 Club, recognizing her completion of over 400 hours of training. She is one of only nine individuals among Georgia’s 537 cities to receive this prestigious honor.
The Harold F. Holtz Municipal Training Institute, operated in partnership with the Georgia Municipal Association and the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, provides municipal officials with specialized training to enhance their knowledge of local government operations and leadership.
“Council Member Bynum-Grace is a shining example of the City of Perry’s commitment to continued education and leadership development as we work to build a thriving, vibrant community,” said City of Perry Mayor Randall Walker. “Her dedication ensures our residents are served by leaders who are prepared and informed.”
