The Planning Commission Work Session meets the 4th Monday of each month at the PEBS Building (741 Main Street) at 5:30 PM in the Community Development offices.
The Planning Commission makes recommendations to City Council on the following applications: Annexation, Rezoning, Text Amendment, and Special Exception.
The Commission makes final decisions on Preliminary Plats, Variances, and Appeals. These applications do not go to City Council.
