Once upon a time in the heart of Downtown Perry, the pages of your favorite storybooks came to life—one straw-filled character at a time! This October, our charming streets will transform into a storybook wonderland as Scarecrow Fest 2025 brings the magic of childhood tales to life with the enchanting theme: Storybook Characters.
Dozens of handcrafted scarecrows bring childhood tales to life, from Little Red Riding Hood and Peter Pan to Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, Matilda, and the Cat in the Hat.
Visitors of all ages can stroll through this living library of characters while celebrating creativity, community, and the joy of reading.
