The Planning Commission meets the 2nd Monday of each month at Perry City Hall (808 Carroll Street) at 6 PM in the Council Chamber.
The Planning Commission makes recommendations to City Council on the following applications: Annexation, Rezoning, Text Amendment, and Special Exception.
The Commission makes final decisions on Preliminary Plats, Variances, and Appeals. These applications do not go to City Council.
